These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tmart Living website (tmart.co.nz) and any purchase you make from Tmart Living, whether online, in person at our East Tamaki warehouse, or through Trade Me or Facebook Marketplace. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Tmart Living
Tmart Living is an Auckland-based direct-import warehouse business selling furniture, kitchen cabinets, storage, tools, hardware, outdoor goods and other home essentials. Products are available for order online, in-person warehouse pickup from East Tamaki, and through our Trade Me and Facebook Marketplace listings.

Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, photos and stock levels accurate, but stock is shared across our website, Trade Me and Facebook Marketplace listings and may occasionally be out of sync. Please contact us to confirm stock and price before ordering or visiting for pickup. All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and may change without notice.

Orders and payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price). Payment is required in full before an order is confirmed unless otherwise agreed.

Pickup and delivery
Most orders are collected by pickup from our East Tamaki warehouse. Please contact us before coming in to confirm the item is in stock and ready. Where delivery is arranged, delivery timeframes may vary and are outside our direct control once goods leave our warehouse with a courier or delivery partner.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in line with our Refund Policy and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with its content, security or normal operation. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Tmart Living or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tmart Living is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from delays, stock discrepancies between channels, or delivery issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
